Semi-Annual Campaign Disclosure Statements are due between July 1, 2009 and July 31, 2009. The statement covers transactions through June 30, 2009. Except for deadlines that fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or an official holiday, there is no provision in the law for extending a filing deadline. Late statements are subject to a $10 per day late fine.   • August 14: Last day to submit to the Registrar names and ballot designations of candidates as they are to appear on the ballot.
  • August 17: Publish Nominees
  • August 25: Uniform District Election Law (UDEL) Election
  • September 24 - October 13: Mail out sample ballots and other election materials.
  • October 19: Close of Registration for November 3rd General Municipal Election.
