Please Note: The Riverside County Registrar of Voters is anxious to appoint Pollworkers who reflect the demographic makeup of the County. We encourage interested members from demographic and/or language minorities to apply to work at the polls. We have a great demand for individuals with bilingual or multilingual skills. Each Polling Place is staffed by 4 Elections Officers and currently, the stipends paid are $125.00 for Inspectors (1) and $90.00 for Precinct Officers plus $20.00 for training. NOTE: YOU MUST work the Election in order to get the stipend for training. (3). Except for specially authorized progams for state and county employees, and high school students participating in the Student Pollworker Program, Election Officers must be registered voters within the County of Riverside.
