Questions about Electronic Voting / Touch screens

In August 2007, Secretary of State Debra Bowen limited the use of most electronic touch screen voting units throughout the state to only one per precinct.  The one unit is necessary to accommodate disabled and special needs voters, but any voter may request to vote on it.  There is no limit on the number of touch screen voting units at early voting sites.
