Important Update

Semi-Annual Campaign Disclosure Statements are due between July 1, 2009 and July 31, 2009. The statement covers transactions through June 30, 2009. Except for deadlines that fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or an official holiday, there is no provision in the law for extending a filing deadline. Late statements are subject to a $10 per day late fine. Statements must be hand delivered or postmarked as first-class mail by the due date. Campaign disclosure forms (Form 460) are now filed electronically online but State law still requires that an original signed statement be filed as well.
